Rever Organics currently ships throughout Italy and to all European Union countries.
Additional international destinations may be included in the future as our logistics network expands.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during seasonal peaks, promotions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Before completing your purchase, all applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Rever Organics complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In perfect resale condition

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
In these cases, Rever Organics will cover return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Products

- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products without original sealing or tampered packaging
